Molly's Number One Toy so far 1/18/2008 Molly is currently six months old, and this has consistently been her favorite thing to reach for and play with since she first started noticing things more than a foot away from her as a newborn. She LOVES this toy-loves to look at it, grab it, stick it in her mouth, bang it against things, whatever. It seems like such a simple thing, yet it has proven fascinating to her when she gets bored with other things. It is also extremely easy to clean, and you can use links to hook it to a bouncy seat, stroller, etc. Other parents I know have said that their kids love this toy, too. It is colorful, soft enough that Molly doesn't hurt herself if she bonks herself in the face with it, and neat-looking! Great gift! Thank You. Was this review helpful?
Chewing fun 1/12/2008 This toy is pliable and rubbery. The loops easily fit into mouth and satisfy my teething child more than any teether I have purchased. The multiple loops are easy to grab for my 8 month old to manipulate the toy. Soft jiggle noise is not annoying. Can slam it on the highchair tray and still hear myself think. LOVE this toy! 1/6/2008 My 3-month old daughter received this toy as a hand-me-down gift and just LOVES it!!! I recently brought it to a play date and my friends 5-month old loved this toy so much, she went and bought it also! There are no loud noises (which is great for us parents!) and it is very easy for babies to grab onto. My daughter constantly has it in her mouth and loves to "talk" to it...we call it her "talking toy". I am buying a back up just in case something happens to the one I have now. Great teether, grabber 10/17/2007 We recently attended a baby shower where this was given as a gift. The mom-to-be handed it to our 3-month-old and he grabbed it and started gumming it. It was the first thing he definitely wanted and grabbed with complete confidence and conviction. So, we bought him one and he is still enjoying it a month later. The nice thing about it is that no matter where the baby's little hands go, they can grab onto it pretty successfully every time, which is nice for infants. It's very chewy, and you can put it in the freezer to cool it down for teething discomfort. (Having said all that, though, this is our second Winkel. Quite some time ago, we gave away the one we had bought for our daughter when she was an infant; she never showed a great deal of interest in it. So, there you go...) Thank You.
